Decent Opportunities but poor leadership

Interesting projects, challenging environments, interesting clients to work with

Cons

Project leadership can be a nightmare to work with, from micromanagement to lack of communication. Project leadership has no issue talking down to personnel and not fostering an environment of mutual respect. Project leadership does not develop any type of team environment when working with your colleagues on a project.

Pros

Actually worked under Universal Consulting Service before being assumed by Tria. Wide lattitude in performing work. Allowed significant degree of independence in establishing my work day and in communicating with, not only members on the team, but also personnel within the greater environment of the client's setting. Very satisfied with the opportunity.

Cons

Not that anyone could do anything about it, but the opportunity came during the pandemic, so things that had to be performed in person where somewhat cumbersome, but understandably so.
