Employees are friendly and willing to help with any questions. Diverse and inclusive employee body. Good growth trajectory for the firm, but that does lead to a few growing pains.

Cons

Hard workers are not always recognized even though leadership constantly emphasizes otherwise. Project work can be repetitive and uninteresting - you don't always get opportunities to grow your skills and it's easy to feel stuck. Compensation could be better, especially for the amount of work you are tasked with.
