Thank you for your feedback and know that we are taking your comments seriously. However, and as you said, every startup experiences growing pains and like everything, we are a work in progress. It is very important to us that all of our employees are challenged and feel included in the work we do at TribalScale, this is a fast-moving organization that affords us with wonderful opportunities for individual and team growth. However, there is always room for improvement and we’re constantly looking to better ourselves in every aspect of the business. In line with your concerns, we have been actively implementing measures to improve transparency, communication, managerial structure, and mentorship, but as with everything, this takes time. Given the nature of your note, we’d like to remind you that we encourage all employees to speak with HR or a member of leadership that they feel comfortable with.
