- get to work on really cool projects that touch millions of people - this company is growing and there is a lot of opportunity - daily breakfast - lots of lunch and learns - offsites are a lot of fun - monthly town halls - 100% benefits covered

- Great perks (hot breakfast, lunch & learns, sports, socials) - Great location (by St. Andrew) Lots of opportunity for employee advancement! I am a fairly new employee (1 month), but have been given so many chances to try new things and work with projects I haven't touched before. Long term I am excited to see what TribalScale does.

Cons

Startups always have growing pains, but the company is transparent about what's going on and wants to maintain this openness. Things are quite busy, but the long term potential is worth it.
