In reference to vacation, we feel that 3 weeks of paid vacation (2 throughout the year, taken at your discretion, and 1 week between Christmas and New Year) is competitive for starting vacation. Please also note we allow employees to take additional time off unpaid, should they need it.
TribalScale values its employees and invests in their skills and comfort at the office. We purchase tickets to industry networking events and conferences that employees may find interesting. Additionally, the benefits of a stocked pantry (with fresh fruits, snacks, drinks), free daily hot breakfast, comprehensive health and dental coverage, free Akira family subscription, free Netflix subscription, weekly Lunch & Learns, and a discounted GoodLife membership, allow our employees to stay happy and healthy.
Although our teams do work on a myriad of mobile and web projects, we are adopting more and more Voice User Interfaces (Alexa and Google Home), as well as tvOS, and VR/AR projects. We will see even more of these surfacing in 2017.
