Cons

Cons? What cons? There aren't any major cons. The only thing I can think of is that sometimes during the day all conference rooms can be all booked up.

Pros

Great environment, tons of snacks and refreshment, in house Wii U, foosball/ping pong table etc.

Cons

Pay is pretty average, and it's mostly front end work (currently at least). Not too many experienced (5+ years) developers.

Pros

- Work hard, play hard mentality. You're pushed to do your best and work really hard, but the culture is one where we have lots of fun. It's one of the only places I know of where people WANT to stay at the office on Fridays until 8pm or later for the social atmosphere. Work stops promptly at 4pm on Fridays for demos, then we turn on the music, get out the drinks and have a great time together! - Extremely bright and talented people working on cutting edge projects. - tons of support from senior management and the company. You have the resources you need to do your job well and feel supported in your role. They are also very approachable. - the main company values are transparency, empowerment, and meritocracy. And they are truly lived out. - each workday has a sense of structure and discipline to it, but everyone has autonomy at the same time to get their work done. It's a really supportive environment for being productive.

Cons

- being a part of a young company has tons of pros, but there's still a lot of navigating to do as a young startup. Some may see this as a pro, but others may see it as a con because you have to deal with a lot of 'unknowns' as a startup. - Things may seem chaotic at times and still ironing out the kinks in communication. - Only 10 days vacation per year.
