Occasional (Mandatory) team events Above-average benefits, which are coordinated with former clients.

Cons

Poorly managed design team, with little to no direction from leadership on how to grow as a professional. No career path for growth, no clear valuation metrics. Requests come from clients with no consideration for User Experience. Just a sweatshop for software.

The company has built an overwhelmingly diverse and positive culture. It is largely free of bureaucracy; encouraging teamwork, creative thinking, active participation, and lifelong learning.

Cons

TribalScale is probably not a great home for "lone wolves" or those who like to work completely independently and not as part of a team.
