Culture revolves around worshiping the CEO and going "above and beyond" while delivering a "white glove service". While long hours are not reflected in your pay they are expected.

I honestly can't think of any, except for the fact that you get to work from home!

Cons

There is little to no onboarding or training from the hire date, you are very much left to fend for yourself and rely on existing employees for support rather than HR or leadership. The Cheif of Staff is extremely unprofessional and openly criticizes senior leadership to less senior staff. I do not know how she got into that position because it seems like there is no strategy or real leadership abilities there. The staff do not respect her, and it is evident.
