Pros

Flexible working Most staff are friendly

Cons

Too many managers Some managers aren’t qualified to be managers, just hinder people’s progress. Culture has changed for the worse, used to be a great fun place to work, now it’s empty and depressing People just moan about their jobs all day, like is anyone actually loving working there? Doesn’t seem so. Pay is rubbish and your good behaviour is rewarded with the odd bit of food! CSRs are overworked and not appreciated as much as other staff I don’t think

Pros

Trident is the perfect place to start for someone at the front end of their career, they can literally drag someone off the street and teach them a plethora of skills in the pre-press industry and wider. There are some pretty awesome and exciting opportunities on offer if you're willing to put Trident first. • Training/L&D - the best I've experienced in my career • Career Development - Trident love to promote internally • Opportunities - so many amazing opportunities worldwide (USA, Singapore, India, Australia, China) • The staff - lots of amazing people throughout the company • Core Values - Gave me a really good grounding on how to approach things in my career • Social - Put on some fantastic social events and fundraisers for local charities • Rewards - Hard work is recognised through bonuses, pay rises and treats

Cons

• Middle Management - untrained and unprofessional, some are even close to being vicious, a couple would throw you under a bus to score brownie points with the Director team • Heavy workload - The artworker/artist role is already a long week at 40 hours but overtime is expected and frowned upon if you cannot commit to a certain number • HR - Understaffed and incapable, there was only one HR manager (for 200+ staff) during my employment and they were the most unapproachable person I've ever worked with
