Many opportunities for growth and recognition at this company. People go out of their way to make sure you have the support of upper management.

Cons

I can't think of very many cons, but one of the cons when I started was the SEP IRA that the company offered after two years of employment. They now have a 401k plan with a great match.

Great place to work with passionate people who desire to build high quality products. The work is varied and the company mindset is towards continued growth and improvement both as an organization and for the the individual.

Cons

With growth and a change over of ownership comes challenges as a company matures so there are the typical growing pains, but the organization and people are dedicated to the continuous improvement. This can be challenging at times as rapid growth requires a lot of change.

Lack leadership training. Do not respect lower level employees. Their Director of Finance is rude and nasty and talks to people very badly. She needs training and discipline
