      Pros

      Good work life balance Helpful management, your manager genuinely wants to see you succeed. Rewards hard work, Trident was good for recognizing employee contributions. If you want a position to grow with I would recommend Trident.

      Cons

      Pay was below average. Senior level management felt out of touch with employees.

      Trident offers great growth opportunities for engineers who want to learn and grow with the company. If you are willing to knock out your current task and learn what is needed next, you can grow throughout your career.

      If you like to settle for the status quo, this isn't the place for you.

      Awesome place to work, great work life balance

      Pros

      Work comes at a good pace and company allows for a good work to life balance, especially if you have kids. Lots of projects which they are open to moving around when opportunity strikes. Benefits are above average compared to most places. Location is quaint and close to many good eateries and groceries.

      Cons

      Does not pay the highest compared to competitors. If you prioritize making significant amounts of money, may not be right fit.
