Good company culture Decent wages Direct bosses (project managers) are very sociable, and I've only had great interactions with higher management Flex hours, so being able to time your commute around traffic or other plans is great

Cons

It's a growing company, so there there are a few growing pains mainly between IT and the rest of staff.

Cons

Under pay, Extra hours work, No 401K (But benefit sharing), No job security. If you are young and fresh and want to grow, change your job after one year.
