      Salary on time Less work load

      Cons

      More than 100: Most Managers are useless, they are there only to eat up Company's money.( Some of the RMs are even yoga teacher) Boot lickers of managers can survive for a long time Some Senior engineers don't know how to run programs in vs code Last but not the least, HRs, they are the worst Some newly joined ones are the full time chamchas of the managers
