Old faces treat this org as their life time company like Goverment. No latest technologies.Team lead is nothing worth.sits simply and earns monthly income. Manager comes to teams just to ask about time sheet compliance and nothing more.A Big Useless Company in seepz

- Flexible timings - No work pressure

Cons

- Most of the project managers and HR Managers were not good - There is no job security(Company will fire at any time) - Sincere and Honest people cannot survive. Giving priority to the worst fellows. - Don't know when the company will give hikes to the employees - Infrastructure is not good. Employee working area is very congested

Cons

No job security. Directly HR sharing and submitting termination letter even if you are a permanent employee. Hr directly told us there is a lack of project and role is redundant. No following policies of notice period. Convinced with HR to extend notice period but not worked.
