A black mark in my career

Placed me in a prestigious project I was appointed in a potential position in a prestigious project Policies were good Salary and other perks were on time

Cons

The company don't even know on what job role they deployed me at clients place. The designation they gave me while joining was senior executive and in the appraisal i was given lead operator saying it as a promotion. But the title was not at all relevant and it effected my career highly. They initially quoted low to the profile without having knowledge of what the position is and it degraded the value of position. I resigned the company just because of all these factors. No travel expenses were ever provided even for emergency situations.

Being Ex Sgt from Air Force , it was good opportunity for exposure to work for UN for 12 long years 2007 to 2019

Cons

As it was United Nation mission challenges of going in Arabic speaking nation, living in area not known to us.
