1. good company atmosphere if you are working only in your expert area. 2. Cooperation of employees and helping nature whenever required. 3. Most of the project managers are brilliant and helpful and understanding with their employees

Cons

A few project managers / program managers does not want their developers to progress ahead and some of them are worst at being a project manager. If you are joining in for Quality team, good luck.. think about it.. if you are "yes sir" kinda person then thats it for you... you'll need to speak up against your boss whenever necessary.
