Each individual employee is treated as an asset. Have good client base and projects almost never end. Management listens and act accordingly. Salary is upto the market standards. Flexible timings & prime location.

Cons

Lagging behind in adapting to latest technologies & measures. Infrastructure not so great. work from home option only for senior or privileged employees
