Pros

Fantastic benefits, many opportunities for professional development, a positive and supportive work environment, FT remote work has been no problem and well supported, government consulting is almost entirely focused on the VA with good values

Cons

Room to grow in comms and non-client work. Almost everyone here is primarily employed in client consulting, with comms, training, and other internal work being unofficial or secondary, under-utilizing some of the skillsets present.
