Pros
1) First-class management that's transparent and engaging with all employees at all levels.
2) Benefits are out of this world! I've worked for many large corporations including Big 4 and their benefits were mediocre. This place really stamps it when they say employees are its assets.

9) Great company culture. They give bonuses, raises, not to mention online fantasy sports with $$ prizes throughout the year to have employees participate in a fun and informal setting. There is a annual firm holiday get together. Employees went to a spectacle resort for its 10 year anniversary!
Cons
Can't think of any....maybe since it's a small (but growing) company there isn't an eclectic number of projects.
