Need some people skills

Pros

It is a great company to work for if you have no outside life. As long as you can devote 110% to work everyday you are valued. If you have a family or personal problems they chastise you and offer no compassion whatsoever.

Cons

There is a lot of office politics and a lot of ego. Management and HR can be very un-caring. They need some people skills. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
