Pros

Smart people who are passionate about the industry and the work they do. Visible leadership. Investing in the future and R&D. Great PTO allocation and company shut-down periods. Promote from within culture. Casual environment.

Cons

Groups learning to share customers and work through growing pains. Compensation differences between long term employees and new hires is out of balance, but I see this at many companies. Some times feels like to get a decent increase you need to find a new job and then come back.

Pros

Entrepreneurial environment. Great time-off...2 company shutdowns for July 4th and Christmas. 18 days PTO to start.

Cons

Very Silo'd company. A lot of long-time employees that seem to do what they can to get by. Tough to get fired and in some instances it is warranted.
