Pros

Flexible hours of work. Global company.

Cons

Quality of communication deteriorates rapidly outside your immediate team. Embarrassing website. Unable to discuss remuneration with mangers. Internal policy of not offering pay rises when taking on new roles within the company.

Pros

Great bunch of guys at the Cork office and you're only a stone's throw away from Mahon point so there are plenty of options for lunch and the farmer's market on Thursday.

Cons

I can't recall too many downsides to be honest. There was a fairly useless CEO who hailed from the staff motivation school of thought of WW1 British Army officers but he's long gone..
