Pros

Well, it is a job.

Cons

The name of the game is that Trimont is a 3rd party, and they do not pay employees competitively in order to maintain margins. A large workload coupled with industry bottom compensation drives the high turnover. The average employee stays 1-3 years, as there is no career development, actual commercial real estate exposure, or plan to improve the lack of quality products due to burnt out employees. No one has time to learn or grow or train, as every day is a scramble.
