- Opportunities to learn new skills - Opportunities for continuous education - Thought through IT processes - Mostly up-to-date IT infrastructure

Cons

- Cumbersome and lengthy internal promotion processes - Deceiving and confusing system of pay grades, resulting in below-market salaries and inadequate pay raises - Baffling decisions by upper management - Management makes no employee retention attempts

culture was great, teammates were awesome

Cons

severance package was great, however the way people were let go over multiple waves and changeovers left some to be desired. Some leadership individuals aren't personable and seem kind of smug and unapproachable.
