Generous amount of PTO Management is very lenient and forgiving Decent training on the job, not pushy for results, nice and relaxed just do the job and go home attitude
Cons
Pay is on the lowest side of the scale for supply chain Job can be stressful with pressure to maintain customer service through inventory availability, high variability in inventory Inventory layout optimization is very slow. Exists, but many inventory areas are very messy. Not experienced in supply chain, but I can tell that the system and technology are very archaic. Too many hoops to jump through to get even basic tasks done. Good place to start off and get supply chain experience. But do not stay long and jump ship somewhere else with higher pay, career opportunities. Maybe like a manufacturer. You will get siloed by lack of transferable skills to an extent.
