They give you popcorn on Thursday.

Cons

The most mismanaged place I have ever worked in my life. My boss was busted and convicted of stealing at TPI and was a total liar. They play games with their employees and if they dont like you they will find a way to get rid of you. Air guilty is horrible very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Keep looking.

Great pay,good people,great environment,climate controled, having all the tools you need to work with at your fingertips.

Cons

Not enough overtime. Could pay more based on how much production i do after the 100% goal is completed daily.
