Pros

Management on an individual level is good. pay is competitive and benefits are better than most places.

Cons

Company can't seem to get out of the 18th century Technology wise. Also ridiculously paranoid about lawsuits as well as treating their non-IT end users, especially the executives, with kid-gloves. No end user responsibility
