Pros

Weekly pay. Great coworkers, will listen to a new idea

Cons

Work 12+hours 6 days a week if not 7. NO WORK HOME BALANCE AT ALL PERIOD! !!! Management tell us we cant leave until a section is complete after we been here 12 hours. WOW!!! Its not impressive to build alot of towers if you have to rework or fix half of them.

Pros

- Bonus structure and compensation. - It's like a small family. - Nice company to start your career with. - New ideas are welcomed.

Cons

- Less traveling and exposure if you are at the plant level (not for everyone). - Not many chances to climb up the ladder at plant level, could be a different case in corporate.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We agree – even though Trinity is considered a “large” company, it definitely feels more like a small family.
