      Pros

      Very interesting industry, atmosphere is laid back. Plenty of good people, and much experience to be had. Flexible schedule. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Very proper conduct is expected in office. Upward momentum is pretty hard to achieve. Most of management are 15-25 year veterans.

      Great for experience

      Pros

      Trinity is a great place to get some experience under your belt. Also, a lot of overtime is available if you want it, it's mandatory at times too. Work load is easy for the most part.

      Cons

      Huge language barrier between Co workers and even lead workers and supervisors. Unfortuately, layoffs are always talked about.

      if you want to retire....and dont care what work you are doing this is like a government office.

      Cons

      where do I start..... if you are an immigrant for get about this company....they have no clue how the immigration laws work....they screwed many....even though having many folks for other countries like Mexico etc... the company has developed mid level management fat which is not easy to burn...they have no clue other than to save their chairs...... they dont like to move fast, if you move fast they love to pull you back, so dont waste you career here. retire here.....you be better it tries to be a better company but fails...because of the top down management shixxing style
