Friendly but sloppily run company

Potential to make good tips as a taxi driver, co-workers are friendly.

Cons

Taxi dept is extremely disorganized, no procedures in place to properly train new drivers. I had to figure things out as I went along. I had no idea what was expected of me. No feedback on how to improve and no follow through on promised training. You're instructed to contact dispatchers when you need help or have questions, they know nothing and are usually no help! Rules are not enforced. Drivers are expected to work 72 hours/week. This is your typical half-assed business.

The freedom to do thing in the day time, because of the time that I worked.

Cons

I was the only woman that was working at night, was told that I was going to be doing a different job.
