Pros

Great coworkers and management in my team (platform), good company and inter team culture, plenty of opportunities to wear different hats as needs arise

Cons

Legacy tech stack, little knowledge transfer from prior devs meant code archeology and blind firefighting during live issues, company no longer exists. Work life balance typically abysmal as par far industry.
