Pros

I love working with Trip.com and joining my team daily at the office. Everybody is very friendly and you can feel that everyone cares for each other. Very supportive management from my experience which allowed me to progress daily. The opportunities for career development have increased from the time that I was supporting as a customer service agent and I am happy to see more and more people getting promoted.

Cons

I know they are trying but still, the salary could be higher considering the workload and flexibility that I show daily. Also considering the competition the salary is not there yet for level 2.

Good environment with a mix of nationality and cultures, everyone in the team is always ready to help each others. Clearly communicates ideas and thoughts in team meetings and conferences. Great benefits for the employer

Pros

The OB team is a great team to work with and the leader group (GL, TL, ATL, KA) are conversing open and fairly. The working hours are good and the benefits are very welcome.

Cons

The rating of how much work was done needs to be looked at - we cannot deliver excellent customer service when constantly being pushed to finish more tasks.
