      Pros

      Really strong leadership looking to deliver not just a great customer experience but a great place to work. Senior leaders are approachable and happy to support with requests

      Cons

      Can sometimes be reactive rather than pro-active however due to the nature of travel this is at times unavoidable

      Pros

      Really good benefits; yearly travel voucher and regular events + more. Young, fun and vibrant office environment. Clear guidelines from management and supportive of career progression and training needs. Option for flexible working from home.

      Cons

      Internal communication could be swifter at times.

      Pros

      Trip.com has a great work environment with a huge diversity of great people working together. Team leaders are really supportive and easy to have a conversation with.

      Cons

      The payment is not bad for the customer service business but it could be better as well as the perks.
