Cons

Some process / Tools in use not yet adapted to European market however huge progress has been made.

Pros

Fantastic environment. Great colleagues. Supportive management and HR team. Modern and central office. Good communication across sites worldwide. Nice work/life balance with managers offering flexibility where possible. Great development system, with consistent 121s with management, and clear reviews with opportunities to advance if you would like.

Cons

Removed free soft drinks from office, which whilst not a huge deal, were a nice extra bonus. Pay discrepancy between staff in the same roles can be seen as an issue.

Its a great place to work. Very positive environment. The office is pretty great and the payment is good.

Cons

You have to work for deadlines and some times do late hours.
