Very good benefit package Great working atmosphere and super friendly A lot of events going on in the office Great support , trainings and big development opportunities. Recognition of hard work and opportunities for promotion Good salary

Cons

Not much to add. Working long time in trip.com, started from the begging and had a chance to progress within the company. If you are the hardworker and responsible personal who is not afraid of challenges , company will always benefit you and recognises you.
