Recent pay increase brings role to closer to the industry standard. Fulfilling role, that brings new challenges each day.

Cons

Communication cross department/teams could be improved. Priorities of one team don't always match priorities of others.

Pros

-Senior management in EMEA operation invested in ESAT and growth -Position is rewarding -Really diverse office with great culture and office events -Brings challenges that push me to be my best -Great pathways for growth from L1 advisor through to management level -Benefits and pay are above the industry standard

Cons

-Company being based in China means European market cultural differences aren't always taken into account -HQ can sometimes be very unwilling to adapt to changes in the market -Level of coordination between sites could be better -Some departments work exclusively in Chinese which can cause miscommunication
