I’m pleased to read your positive remarks about our benefits and the management team at TripAdvisor and I appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the product and engineering teams . We continue to invest in the collaboration efforts between these teams to ensure that we’re delivering the highest quality products to our consumers. We certainly do not want anything to compromise the quality of our engineering and it’s something we keep a close eye on. Thank you for the suggestion regarding giving back to the engineering community. We have open sourced several different projects, but we are always looking for more ways to contribute. Thank you for your comments, although it’s very disappointing to read about your negative experience here. Culture is important at TripAdvisor and is one of our most important challenges as we continue to grow. We recently launched a “purpose and values” project to help us better define our culture. As with many fast growing companies, we are often challenged with finding the balance between pushing ourselves to quickly deliver the best products to our consumers and ensuring a good work-life balance for employees.
