      Overhyped, engineer centric, with great people

      Pros

      Great people to work with, everyone here is pretty chill, even the VP and SVP levels. Free lunch is fine, cold brew on tap, beers on tap

      Cons

      Very under staffed. The like to run the teams "lean". People often talk about being tired and can never get a chance to breathe. Engineers rule here, if you're not one, good luck getting any appreciation.

      Cons

      lack of upward mobility, lack of transparency from upper management, launching ideas that are half baked in the great effort to push out results quickly

Open and honest communication and transparency are core values of our business and we rely on several different mediums to ensure that employees are informed.
