honestly probably none other than the people, super cool people

Cons

Wanted you to talk on the phone for 3 hours and 20 minutes a day... MINIMUM. and if you didnt, you had to stay until you did Said the same thing over and over all day Horrible sales tactics, quantity over quality to the point where meetings were missed all the time

Throughout the pandemic we have been tireless in our efforts to help restaurants recover and this has meant the undertaking of additional support activities for our customers. Although we are starting to see recovery within the restaurant sector we must continue to provide this support. In order to provide a great customer experience and awareness of the value that our products can offer, we ask our sales reps to spend 2-3 hours on the phone per work day. Opportunity to work on lots of different projects and with different teams Fair and easy work life balance

Cons

Sterile environment. Data centricity limits creative ideas. I think the company is more focused on numbers and less about the creative side of the business. I thought that the people working there would be more open minded, because it is a travel company and this really was not the case. People are not warm, though they are nice. Hard to get to know people. People work in silos and not introduced to others. I really admired the company's origin but the company is now totally different than what it used to be.
