      Pros

      Good pay, flexible schedule, convenient location.

      Cons

      Management don’t care about the care of there employees. Very personable. Don’t care for the well being of the guards, far as scheduling, them being stuck on post, not getting paid, having to use the restroom or eat. They don’t care if you sick. Your just a number to them. Make officers stand for 8-12 hours with no chairs. While the have chairs in there office.

      -Decent pay (if paid on time) -Time to work on college

      Cons

      -Management, lack of leadership skills -Poor schedule building that will make you work every shift from day shift to evening shift, to midnight shift all in one week -Will be told constantly that they don't need you and you can easily be replaced -Several employees have shown up to work drunk numerous times and received no reprimand -Was told that pay is untaxed only to find out most of the pay is taxed -Will be forced to work overtime and receive no additional pay -Will have to learn laws and regulations of foreign country on your own
