Pros
Good Pay (Although considered entry level for this kind of work), Good Co-Workers, Good Location ( If you like being Overseas). Great Training and instructors. Good stepping stone if you want to contract for awhile, build a network of contacts, and go on to something bigger since you may
Cons
Completely corporate at levels above Project Manager. Since being absorbed by Constellis Group, any kind of hope is now gone. Corporate would rather cut corners and save every penny possible than keep their deployed personnel happy. Benefits and bonuses are rare when they used to be common. Corporate would rather send brand new guys overseas and collect $49K per new hire (From State Department. Reimbursement for "cost of training")than retain experienced guys. Once you finish your second rotation, you're basically expendable. You may stay home on leave longer than you expect, and you don't get paid on leave. Apply for another job while you work for TC just in case you get left home. Then you at least have something to fall back on.
