Pros

The pay is the going rate for this line of work. There's plenty of positions available due to the mass exidus of the employees. The pay's always been on schedule.

Cons

If you're having a child, don't plan on attending the birth without resigning first. If there's an emergency, plan on having only 10 days to get things in order without having to resign. Otherwise, you're kicked to the curb.

Pros

Paid biweekly, given own room, three meals a day.

Cons

Lack of daily training, communication is at its lowest. Rude employees that tell you “You have to have thick skin.” But yet employees do not teach others the job that needs to get done. They only be-little them in front of others and call them out.
