      Pros

      Veteran owned/run company. A mission you can get behind and support. You feel like you are part of a family - very close knit teams. Good focus on morale.

      Cons

      A few managers that were rough around the edges.

      Great work environment, flexible schedule, a fun place to work at, great pay for all positions

      Boss can be a little pushy at time and they like to micro manage, long hours sometimes, small office

      Pros

      Benefits are average, but very interesting work. You'll have an opportunity to learn a lot about government contracting if you speak up and ask questions to the right people. Most employees are high ranking ex-military. You'll learn a lot of military "lingo".

      Cons

      Salary is very low compared to other government contractors. Rampant nepotism is a problem. Morale was very low throughout my tenure. Not much room for growth and promotions.
