Racist Leadership; Management is a Joke

Decent pay and easy to get hired on if you need a job to earn a decent living. Up to 5 weeks of "paid" vacation, however your normal work day consists of 12 hour shifts; However, your "paid" vacation is only 8 hours pay with no overtime.
Cons
Where do I start!? First off, the entire "Leadership" consists of under qualified individuals, most of which are only in their respective supervisor/management position due to buddy connection OR racial affiliation with the Prince Hall Freemasons. Regardless of how many hours you work, the company directs you to only put 12.0 hours on your time sheets and threatens "timeshared fraud" if you put the actual hours worked per shift, a simple way they can find to terminate your employment. Majority of the personnel are under qualified for their Force Protection Officer (FPO) position and lack general communication skills, many even lack basic weapons firing and safety skills. There is no formal interview of any sort; You are only seen as a number and hired as such, the company is truly not interested in hiring quality personnel to thoroughly perform the job to the highest standards. Triple Canopy is not worried about their professional company image. You will be treated as a number and nothing more, and oftentimes the management will talk down and attempt to belittle you. Labor Laws: On this project, Triple Canopy literally picks out whichever labor laws they abide by to get away with paying you as little as possible. They realize most employees are not familiar with Kuwaiti labor laws and dare not to challenge this, so once again they take your lack of knowledge for weakness and exploit you in this manner. If you have any questions in this regard the management will simply state that you are free to quit if you are not happy. Management only sees you as a number and as a way for the company to churn more money from the US Government until the contract end date. No mater what your position is within the project, if you dare to ask any honest questions pertaining to all areas of work then you face the real possibility of the company choosing to not renew your contract - an excuse to terminate your employment. If they cannot find a reason to terminate your employment, they will simply give you the worst schedule with the security posts that require the most work and the least liked coworkers in hopes of you just giving up and quitting. However, none of the work is necessarily difficult by any means. This project is designed to benefit only the upper level management and corporate individuals. Expect to be treated differently if you lack any "Masonry" affiliation, especially the racist group that many of the management members are a part of - The Prince Hall Freemasons.
