Committed and engaged executive management team Friendly company culture Nice perks - breakfast blessings, holiday parties and lunches Values in action thru service to the community: feeding the troops at Walter Reed, Honor Flight sponsor, adopt a highway sponsor, etc ESOP - We all own a piece of the company!!

Pros

The only positives are that the company buys breakfast bagels or doughnuts every Friday and does a nice bigger breakfast once a month.

Cons

There are a lot of employees with nasty attitudes and it is a hostile work environment to be in. Certain departments do not hold their people accountable for their behaviors or lack of work and poor work output. Unfair practices all around.
