- Working on a great team with great people. People are all working together and generally in the same direction. - Danaher has a lot of great tools to help grow a business, you can really learn a lot. - Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement for people who are smart and get things done.

Cons

- Lately stretch goals have become strain. - If you are not comfortable with always, learning, changing and pushing yourself to grow you will not be comfortable here.

Great co-workers and easier work for production assemblers

Cons

Non-competetive wages, terrible management, HR is careless, H&S likes to make rules up as they go and throw anyone under the bus who doesn't comply, makes you do 2-3 other people's jobs and pay you nothing extra for it. Absolutely nothing to attract the younger crowd to replace the WELL aged team members.

A lot of politics. A lot of waste. Not willing to spend or upgrade the tools. Pays the minimum in the industry. Hard work doesn’t pay off.
