      Pros

      Very good place to work. A company with a sincere vision to improve water quality and people's lives around the world. A caring work environment, that is very research driven, based on London Ontario, but working around the world.

      Cons

      Trojan Technologies is part of Danaher, a US multinational with high YOY expectations. The continual striving for better and better performance can become draining and discouraging. However, it seems to yield excellent results for Danaher and it share holders.

      Great sitting areas in nature

      Cons

      Country club for geeks Lots of middle managers hiding in corners on the Internet . Found there were a clique of employees that got all the travel jobs and took advantage of it. HR department protected a drug dealing employee while the one that witnessed it and was told to report it suffered .great employee left and druggie stayed on milking the system
