Pros
They seem to have almost no qualifications or standards. If you are friends with whoever makes the schedule you can work whenever you want. No real oversight. Disciplinary action is arbitrarily enforced, and can be avoided if you are a smooth talker.
Cons
The food is disgusting (alot of bugs) and the healthy advertising slant is misleading. Management has no real regard for the customer or the employee.
