Fantastic opportunity to chart your own course while working with a great team. Trovata is a cohesive group of solid, hard-working people working to collectively build something great. The feedback I receive from clients on demo's is tremendously positive. As a sales person there is nothing like selling a solution that makes people's work lives significantly easier. Sales management is a healthy mix of educational, hands on support and continuously pushing you to be your most productive self. CEO is also awesome, I can go on and on.

Cons

Had a hard think on this for 15 minutes... couldn't make one up.

Trovata has been a lovely experience. Everyone is supportive and driven, hard work is recognized. Lots of team bonding with Friday lunches. Upper management is really transparent. The company is really going places!

I can't bring my cats to work.
