Pros

Pleasant and thorough interview process. Standard recruiter screen, senior manager, hiring manager, cross-functional panel, and finally CEO. Everyone was knowledgeable of the company/industry. Brilliant people with tons of experience and the right balance of technical and soft skills. Senior leadership is visible, accessible and supportive.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind! Looking forward to starting!

Pros

Great company culture, great work/life balance, great perks, fair comp, great leadership team, respectful environment, lots of growth opportunity, positive work environment, financially stable, people first, trust & transparency. Management is good with praising and rewarding high performing employees. I feel my ideas are heard and there’s a ton of room for creativity. I really like my boss!

Cons

No 401(k) match. My comp is a little low for my level of experience but I feel my work performance hasn’t gone unnoticed and will justify my financial growth in the company.

Pros

Coming from another startup I suppose tech/engineering side of house is decent compared to others , well intentioned sales team members, remote culture

Cons

OTE is a picked out of a magicians hat w/ quota attainment almost non existent, vision is not aligned with market and customer needs or desires, leadership is almost non existent aside from titles, half baked product and 1/4 baked execution on the latest charade in disguise of strategy.
